Don’t let the age of the property fool you. Security is great, the units are in working order, and the management team overseeing the property are very friendly. Alecx is super responsive and always has facility information. Auto pay always goes through, everything is electronic meaning I have more room in the mailbox for junk mail! Seriously, I recently moved out of Canyon Lake, but will continue storing here! Thanks again y’all.

They have a nice, clean, facility that is close to the lake boat ramps and there is plenty of room at their facility to back your boat into the garage without any difficulty. They are quick to respond to your questions and concerns about your storage space with clear, thoughtful answers.

I began storing my RV here about 3 years ago. I refuse to store it anywhere else. This company has fantastic customer service especially (Alex), they are easy tog et an ions of, respond quickly l, and truly care about the safety of your items. They are the best storage unit I have ever worked with.

Great manager, great owner, great experience! Facility is nice, well kept, and clean. Managers respond fast and take care of anything you need. Will definitely rent units from them again.

Great location close to the boat ramps on the Southside of Canyon Lake. I have a 40ft unit for my Tritoon and haven't had any issues. Staff are very nice and responsive. Alecx has always been a pleasure to work with when we had any questions or issues. She's always nice, pleasant, and remembers our conversations.
